We collect the details needed to schedule your discovery call, understand your project, respond to you, and measure whether our ads are reaching the right people.

Discovery Call Details

When you book a call, we collect your name, email address, business name, website, project goal, budget range, selected call time, and time zone. We use those details to create the calendar booking, prepare for the call, and follow up about your project.

Ads Measurement

We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to understand when someone visits from a Meta ad and successfully schedules a discovery call. Browser events may include page views and scheduled-call events. Server events may include hashed contact details, browser identifiers, your browser URL, user agent, and IP address for ad attribution and deduplication.

Internal Notifications

We plan to use Twilio for internal SMS alerts when a discovery call is booked. Once enabled, the alert will help us respond quickly and may include the booking details you submitted.
